• This program (“Dining Program”) is open for participation by all db Visa Platinum and Signature Debit Cardholders (“Cardholders”). To avail the Offer, all payments must be made using db Visa Platinum/Signature Debit Cards issued in India (“Cards”).
• The validity period for the Dining Program (except Marriott Hotel offers) is 15th April, 2011 to 31st March, 2012. Marriott Hotels’ offers are valid up to 30th September, 2011.
• However, Visa/Deutsche Bank reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Dining Program (or any of the offers under the Dining Program) without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and without any liability on the part of Visa/Deutsche Bank in relation to any such cancellation, suspension or amendment.  – separate the contenets for  general T & Cs and offer specific T & Cs.
• Any customer who utilizes, participates in, or attempts to utilize or participate in the Dining Program, irrevocably agrees* to the following:
  • Dining at any of the participating establishments is at the customer’s own risk;
  • Visa/Deutsche Bank shall not be responsible for, nor does it guarantee the quality of food, dining and other services provided by any of the participating establishments;
  • Visa/Deutsche Bank will not be liable for any reason whatsoever for any claim for loss, damage howsoever incurred in relation to the use (or attempted use) of any of the food, dining or any other services at any of the participating establishments; and accordingly, the customer will not make any claim against Visa/Deutsche Bank for the foregoing.
  • Visa/Deutsche Bank makes no guarantee or warranty that any of the benefits or privileges under the Dining Program will be fulfilled.  Accordingly, customers shall not make any claim or seek compensation against Visa/Deutsche Bank in relation to any loss, damage, expense suffered in relation to non fulfillment of any benefits or privileges under the Dining Program for any reason whatsoever.
• The benefits and privileges  offered in the Dining Program:
  • Are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other merchandise
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, coupons or special offers.
  • Cannot be clubbed with any other offers/ promotions.
• Customers should make prior bookings before availing the benefits/privileges under the Dining Program to ensure availability at the relevant participating establishment.  Booking phone numbers are provided against each participating dining establishment  
• Each benefit/privilege under the Dining Program may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant participating establishment.  Customers are solely responsible for checking and complying with such terms and conditions in addition to those stated in these terms and conditions.
• The Dining Program, and these terms and conditions, shall be governed by the laws of India and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Dining Program and/or these terms and conditions shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
