Terms and Conditions - Park Prime Hotel Offer

  • This cashback offer is valid for Deutsche Bank customers (“Customers”) who can use their Deutsche Bank Online Banking facility / Direct Debit facility  to pay and avail the offer;  
  • The bookings can be made through hotel’s website (www.parkprime.net) by selecting Deutsche Bank Netbanking option. A cashback of  15% (“Offer”) will be offered only on the booking amount excluding any statutory charges. The Offer will not be available in conjunction with any other promotions and discounts either by the hotel or the Bank.
  • The customer  needs to present the db OnlineBanking transaction confirmation ID as a proof of payment (printout or SMS confirmation) done through Deutsche Bank netbanking at the time of Check In at the Hotel reception counter and announce the entitlement of Offer.
  • The Offer will not be valid incase of cancellation or  ‘No Show’.
  • The cashback  amount will be settled at the time of Check-out on presentation of the final bill. The  amount will either be adjusted against the other pending bills, if any, or shall be paid in cash by the hotel. Each customer availing cashback will sign a checkout memo/invoice with the hotel acknowledging the acceptance of cashback.  For any reference or  disputes at a later date, the customer will need to quote the invoice number signed at the time of checkout. The existence of a dispute with the hotel, if any, shall not constitute a claim against Deutsche Bank.
  • All other rules of the hotel (“House Rules”) shall continue to apply on the customers availing the Offer like any other guest of the hotel.
    This Offer is valid upto bookings till 30th September, 2012. This offer is not currently valid for payments through Deutsche Bank debit card(s). Deutsche Bank reserves the right at any time to withdraw the Offer  altogether without any prior notice. 
  • Regular online banking terms and conditions of Deutsche Bank shall apply for the online transactions made using  db Direct Debit facility to avail the Offer.
    This offer  is brought solely by the participating hotel (“Merchant”). Deutsche Bank AG, India (“Deutsche Bank / Bank”) is not making the offer, holds no warranty and makes no representation regarding the delivery, quality, merchantability or suitability of products/services availed under the Offer. Deutsche Bank shall not be liable for any defect, deficiency, delay or imperfection in such goods/services or for any loss or damage that may be suffered, or for any personal injury to a customer directly or indirectly by use or non-use of the product / services provided by the Merchant.
