The service is available to both Savings and Current Account holders.

*If your mobile number is not updated, please update it
   • by calling us on our 24/7 customer service number on 1860 266 6601# or
   • by mailing your ‘Customer ID’ and ‘new mobile number’ to customer.care@db.com 
     from your registered email ID.
   • You can also update it by logging in to db OnlineBanking.

Please note :

SMS Banking Service is not available for NRI and Customers with mobile number registered against more than one Customer ID.

My mobile number is also registered against another Customer ID. Can I avail SMS Banking Services?

If mobile number is registered against more than one Customer ID, SMS Banking Services cannot be availed.
