Safe Deposit Lockers FAQs

You need to get in touch with the nearest Deutsche Bank branch or contact your relationship manager who can help you open a Locker.

Lockers are available at most of the branches other than Salem and Vellore. You can open a Locker in any Deutsche Bank branch.

You can open a Savings / Current Account with Deutsche Bank while placing a request to open a Locker. Please contact your relationship manager or get in touch with your nearest Deutsche Bank branch.

Locker rent can be paid seamlessly by enabling standing instruction in your Deutsche Bank Savings / Current Account. An annual rent is levied at the beginning of calendar year. For lockers opened during the year, rent will charged on a pro-rata basis.

If the standing instruction fails, charges are applicable. Please refer to schedule of charges for the same.

Apart from the annual rent, a one time administration fee of Rs. 250 + service tax and franking charges are also applicable.
