Lost Card Reporting

  • Select your preferred language - Press 1 for English and 2 for Hindi.
  • Press 1 for Lost Card Reporting. Our phone banking officers will assist you in blocking your lost card.

Existing Customers

In case you are a first time caller, you can now generate your TPIN on the IVR.Please keep your card number, Expiry date and CVV of your Deutsche Bank Debit Card ready along with your date of birth.

In case you have already generated a TPIN on the IVR.

  • Please keep your Customer ID or Debit Card number ready with your Telephone PIN (T-PIN)
  • Press 2 after selecting your preferred language
  • Press your 9 digit Customer ID or 16 digit Debit Card number followed by #.
  • Press 1 and Press your 4 digit T-PIN.
