SMS Banking FAQs

Services available are balance enquiry, last 5 transactions, cheque status enquiry, statement request and new cheque book request.

Services are provided on Savings and INR Current Accounts.

• All retail and corporate customers are enabled for the service.
• You should have your mobile number registered with us.
• The service is not available for NRI and Customers with mobile number registered against more than one Customer ID
  

• There are no additional charges for using SMS Banking.
• SMS charges by service providers would apply.

SMS Banking services are available only on open and active accounts.

e-Statement and Statement requests are accepted for a maximum period of 6 months.

If mobile number is registered against more than one Customer ID, SMS Banking services cannot be availed.
