Services are provided on Savings and INR Current Accounts.
- All retail and corporate customers are enabled for the service.
- You should have your mobile number registered with us.
- The service is not available for NRI and Customers with mobile number registered against more than one Customer ID
- There are no additional charges for using SMS Banking.
- SMS charges by service providers would apply.

SMS Banking services are available only on open and active accounts.
e-Statement and Statement requests are accepted for a maximum period of 6 months.
If mobile number is registered against more than one Customer ID, SMS Banking services cannot be availed.
