Terms and Conditions

• The referral can be given only for Home loan, Loan Against Property, Loan for purchase of commercial property, Working Capital Finance, Business Instalment Loan offered by the Bank
• The contact details provided must be valid and operational at the time of referral and must belong to the person so referred
• The word 'City' includes only the following locations in India where Deutsche Bank lends for / against property namely Ludhiana, New Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ahmedabad, Surat, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad, Bangalore and Chennai
• The disbursal of loan shall be subject to due execution of requisite legal documents and credit checks. The Bank reserves the right to request for such documentation and information as it deems necessary to process the loan application. Approval of loan shall be at the sole discretion of the Bank
• The Customer would only be eligible for the gift if the loan is disbursed and availed
• For part disbursal cases, atleast 50% of the loan amount should be disbursed and availed for eligibility of gift
• The nature of gift decided by the Bank at its own discretion depending upon the loan amount shall be final. Disbursal volume of more than one lead cannot be combined together to claim gift of higher amount
• The gift will reach the Customer in 90 days from the date of utilisation of the loan by the person so referred
• To receive the gift, the Customer must have either his e-mail id or mobile number updated with the Bank
• The decision of the Bank shall be final and no disputes from the Customer shall be entertained in this regard
• Any tax (taxes as applicable) implications arising on receipt of the gift should be borne by the participating Customer
• By choosing to make the referrals, the Customer represents to have taken consent of the persons so referred to provide their contact details to Deutsche Bank
• Staff of any Deutsche Bank group company or their family members cannot give a lead of another staff of Deutsche Bank group company
• All Deutsche Bank staff at LOR 3 and above are excluded from this programme
• All Staff in Credit Function in Deutsche Bank Group companies irrespective of the LOR are excluded from this programme
