Am I enabled for SMS Banking services?

  • All retail and corporate customers are enabled for the service.
  • You should have your mobile number registered with us.
  • The service is not available for NRI and Customers with mobile number registered against more than one Customer ID.

Will I be charged for using this service?

  • There are no additional charges for using SMS Banking.
  • SMS charges by service providers would apply.

Can I avail SMS Banking services for closed accounts?

SMS Banking services are available only on open and active accounts.

For how many months can I request e-Statement and Statement for through SMS Banking?

e-Statement and Statement requests are accepted for a maximum period of 6 months.

My mobile number is also registered against another Customer ID. Can I avail SMS Banking services?

If mobile number is registered against more than one Customer ID, SMS Banking services cannot be availed.
