Online Fund Transfers


You can transfer funds online to Deutsche Bank and non Deutsche Bank accounts.

  • Own account transfer: Instant transfer of funds to any of your own accounts with Deutsche Bank
  • Third Party Transfer: Instant transfer of funds to an account of another person with Deutsche Bank
  • Transfer funds to other bank accounts using RTGS and NEFT facilities to bank accounts maintained with other banks
  • Initiate transfer by selecting the registered beneficiary
  • You can transfer funds instantly or schedule it for a later date
  • You can schedule one time transfer or setup repetitive periodic transfers using ‘Pay Later’ option
  • Add your frequent transactions as favorite transactions for quick transfer later
  • View scheduled / recurring transfers using ‘Pending transfers’ option

  • Edit or stop scheduled / recurring transfers

You can transfer up to Rs. 50,000 till the cooling period which is 24 hours from the time of addition of beneficiary for NEFT / RTGS transfers.


Repetitive Payments

Set Repetitive Payment one time to make payments at regular intervals without logging in to db OnlineBanking. You can set up Repetitive Payment for below payments and more:

  • House rent 
  • School or college fees 
  • Loan EMIs 
  • Money transfer to family members

Steps to set-up Repetitive Payments are:

  • Select the Pay Later option while transferring funds online
  • Input the start date of the payment
  • Select the frequency of the payment (Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly)
  • Input the number of payments you want to make and tap on submit.

Beneficiary maintenance


You can register beneficiary for third-party Deutsche Bank and non Deutsche Bank fund transfers using MyBank India app with ease. You can view the list of registered beneficiaries and initiate funds transfer to them.

  • Register third party beneficiary using Deutsche Bank account number
  • Register beneficiary for outside Deutsche Bank using IFSC code or bank name and city
  • You can specify maximum fund transfer limit for NEFT / RTGS transfer as per your choice or requirement. You can also choose not to specify any fund transfer limit as this feature is optional

Online Bill Payments

Online bill payment is a quick and easy way to pay your bills on time. Pay your mobile, electricity, utility payments, and insurance premium using your savings / current account.

Register your biller one time withand start making payments regularly.

MyBank India app offers three type of online bill payment services:

View and Pay
  • Your bills are presented to you online before you can make the payment. Simply register your biller details and wait for your bill to appear online
  • You will be notified about the presentment of your bill to your registered mobile number and email ID. You can then provide instructions to Deutsche Bank to debit your account and make payments to the service provider on your behalf. 

AutoPay is an additional bill payment feature for all View and Pay billers wherein you can set instructions to auto-debit your account for payments against bills presented by the biller, on the due date

  • Setup a limitless auto-debit instruction, where bills for any amount will be scheduled for payment. In case you wish to review the bills above a certain amount before making payments, then you may also setup a limited auto-debit instruction. Bills within the limit will be automatically scheduled for payment on the due-date
  • In case the bill amount is more than the specified limit then the bill will wait your acceptance to review it and set payment instructions
  • AutoPay payments will be carried out against your chosen account, subject to the availability of funds
Pay at Once
  • Pay at Once’ is the simplest method of paying your bills 
  • Make a payment instantly based on the physical bill
  • Register the biller and start making payments immediately afterwards
  • Option will be available only for billers who support Pay at Once

MyBank India app offers you a host of services that save you time and effort of going to a branch or calling up phone banking. You can not only view your current / past bank account statements, but also view status of a cheque, request for a new cheque book and demand draft etc.

Book Fixed Deposit
  • Book regular Fixed Deposit for resident / non-resident ordinary (NRO) accounts
  • Book regular Fixed Deposit for non-resident external (NRE) accounts
  • Specify Amount, Tenure, Interest Payout Frequency, maturity instruction and nomination
  • Minimum fixed deposit amount is Rs. 20,000 and maximum is Rs. 99.99 lakhs
  • Payout frequency can be - Monthly, Quarterly or at Maturity for NRO Deposits and Quarterly or at Maturity for NRE Deposits
Book Recurring Deposit
  • Book a recurring deposit from your account
  • Specify amount, tenure and nomination
  • Minimum amount is Rs. 5,000 and  maximum amount allowed is Rs. 2 lakhs 
  • Minimum tenure is 12 months (in multiplies of 3 months thereafter)
  • Maximum tenure is 60 months

  • In iOS this feature will be available only on devices which support touch ID
  • In android this feature is currently available only on Samsung devices which support fingerprint based authentication
How to register for touch ID / fingerprint based login?
  • To register for touch ID, the first criteria is the finger print should be registered in device, if not please register the finger print in device
  • Launch the application
  • Enter Login ID and password of your db OnlineBanking, select 'Enable finger print authentication' option
  • Accept terms and conditions
  • You will be successfully logged into the application and registration is complete
Who can login into the application using touch ID / fingerprint based login?

Touch ID / fingerprint based login enables biometric access to MyBank India for all fingerprints enabled on the device. We recommend you to disable fingerprint of any other person on the device.

How to login into the application, once the registration for touch ID / fingerprint based login is done?

Post registration, launch the application use the registered finger in the device for login.

How to login into the application using the credentials, once the registration for touch ID is done?

Launch the application, you will get option to login with touch ID. Tap on cancel and you will get the option to login without using touch ID. You will be navigated to the landing screen of login, where user can login using the credentials.

How to deregister for touch ID / fingerprint based login?

Launch the application, you will get the option to login with touch ID. Tap on cancel, you will get the option to 'Deregister for touch ID'. Using the registered finger for authentication you will be successfully deregistered for touch ID.

Do I need to re-register for touch ID / fingerprint based login once I change my login password through?

Yes. Please follow the below steps

  • Launch the application, you will get the option to login with touch ID. Tap on cancel, you will get the option to ‘Deregister for touch ID’. Using the registered finger for authentication you will be successfully deregistered

How to view the mini statement for current / savings accounts?
  • Login into the application and navigate to the account summary page
  • Tap on accounts tab
  • Tap on the account for which you want to view the mini statement
How to view the transactions in my account?
  • Login into the application and navigate to the account summary page
  • Tap on accounts tab and tap on desired account
  • Tap on full statement tab
  • You can view statement for last one week, last 15 days, last 1 month, last 2 month, last 3 month
  • You can view statement basis date range and maximum date range allowed is 90 days

What type of transfers are allowed in the app?
  • Own account transfers
  • Third Party Account transfers to Deutsche Bank account
  • NEFT / RTGS transfers to accounts non Deutsche Bank account
How can I make own account transfer?
  • Login into the app
  • Tap on Transfers icon
  • Select 'Within Deutsche Bank' option and select own accounts
  • Enter the details and tap on Transfer
  • Verify the details entered and enter transaction password
  • Tap on submit to complete the transaction
How can I transfer money to other account in Deutsche Bank?
  • Register the Deutsche Bank account to which you want to transfer under ‘Within Deutsche Bank’ beneficiary
  • In case you have already registered, follow the below steps
  • Login into the 'MyBank India' app
  • Tap on 'Transfers' icon
  • Tap on 'Within Deutsche Bank' and Select 'Third Party Accounts'
  • Select the beneficiary, enter the transaction details and click on 'Transfer'
  • Verify the details entered and complete the transfer by entering transaction password and OTP
  • Tap on submit to complete the transaction
How do I transfer funds to non Deutsche Bank account in India?
  • You can transfer fund to any other bank account via NEFT or RTGS
  • Register the account to which you want to transfer as 'Outside Deutsche Bank' beneficiary
  • Login into the 'MyBank India' app
  • Tap on 'Transfers' icon
  • Tap on 'Outside Deutsche Bank' and select NEFT / RTGS
  • Enter the details, select beneficiary and tap on 'Transfer'
  • Verify the details entered and enter transaction password, OTP (OTP will be prompted only for transactions above Rs. 10,000)
  • Tap on submit to complete the transaction
What is favorites in transfers?

Favorites are easy and quick option to complete your funds transfer.You can save your frequently used transactions as Favorite once and use it subsequently for completing the transaction.

How do I save my transaction as favorites?
  • After completion of the transactions, you will get an option "Add to Favorite" in your confirmation page
  • Tap on OK
  • This option is available only for Third Party account transfer and non Deutsche Bank (NEFT and RTGS) transfer
How do I initiate funds transfer using favorites?
  • Go to transaction initiation page
  • Select your favorite under 'Choose from favorites'
Can I view ’Favourites’ saved from db OnlineBanking?

Yes you can view all favourites which are saved from both db OnlineBanking and MyBank India.

Can I schedule the transfer or set a recurring transfer?

You can schedule a transfer by selecting the transfer type as 'Pay Later'. You can schedule one time transfer or setup recurring transfer.

Do I need to register beneficiary for funds to any account in Deutsche Bank?

Yes, you need to register beneficiary for transferring funds to within Deutsche Bank account.

Can I register the outside bank beneficiary if I know the IFSCO code or bank name and city name of other bank?
  • You can register outside bank beneficiary with IFSC code
  • Select IFSC code option and enter 11 digit IFSC code
  • App will validate the IFSC code entered and display details accordingly
  • You can register outside bank beneficiary basis bank name and city
  • Enter beneficiary bank name, city name and tap on search
Can I review beneficiaries registered in db OnlineBanking?

Yes you can view beneficiaries registered in db OnlineBanking. Similarly you can also view beneficiaries registered through mobile app in db OnlineBanking as well.

What is beneficiary limit?

Beneficiary limit is the maximum fund transfer allowed to a beneficiary in a day.

Is beneficiary limit applicable for beneficiaries registered with ‘Within Deutsche Bank’ account?

Beneficiary limit is not applicable for beneficiaries registered with within Deutsche Bank account.

Is there any limit on transfers for newly registered outside bank beneficiary?

You can transfer only up to Rs. 50,000 till the cooling period which is 24 hours from the time of addition of beneficiary.

Where I can view the registered beneficiary?

Registered beneficiary list can be viewed under Login >> Tap on Transfers >> Beneficiary List

Can I stop the recurring transfer for within or outside bank?

Yes, you can stop the recurring transfers which are in active status.

How can I verify that whether the transaction is stopped or not?

  • You can verify whether transaction is stopped or not in transfer history, the scheduled transaction will be marked with the status as cancelled
  • For recurring transaction, tap on view details link >> Tap on view stopped transaction, stopped transaction will be displayed
Bill Payment
How can I register the payee or biller for bill payment?

You can register the biller as below:

  • Login to the app
  • Tap on Payments
  • Tap on Register biller
  • Search biller by entering biller name (atleast 3 characters required to search the biller) or city or category
  • Select the biller and enter the biller details
  • Tap on register
What are the various payment options available for bill payment?

There are two payment options available for the bill payment facility:

  • View and Pay: In View and Pay you can view your bills before you make payments. Simply register your biller details and wait for your bill to appear online. Please note that since the bill is presented, the biller normally does not accept part payments and late payments. The payment can be made only when the bill is generated and presented to you. 
  • Pay at Once: Pay at Once is the simplest method of paying your bills. You can make a payment instantly based on the physical bill. All you have to do is provide the desired biller details and enter the amount you wish to pay. As your payments are not linked to any bill, you can choose to pay any amount and not necessarily the exact amount mentioned in your bill. All you need to do is register the biller and start making payments immediately afterwards.
Where I can see the presentment bills which are awaiting my confirmation?
  • You can see the presented bill in pending payments 
  • Please perform following step to view the presented bills 
  • Login >> Tap on Bill payments >> Tap on pending payments >> View presentment bill section
Can I enable the auto pay feature for the presented bills?

Yes you can enable the auto pay feature for View and Pay type of billers.

Can I schedule my bill payments on a date of my choice?
  • You have two modes of making payments according to your convenience - Pay Now or Pay Later
  • Pay Now allows you to debit your account instantly. The payment is sent to the biller the next working day
  • Pay Later allows you to set payment instructions for a future date. Please note that AutoPay instructions schedule the payment of your bill on the due date of the bill. At any point in time, before the due date, you can prepone that payment or convert the scheduled payment to an instant payment
  • It takes about 2-3 days for your payments to reflect in the biller’s account. We request you to make / schedule payments accordingly
